The second rule of coaching


During a coaching session with our HR we are talking about the problems that arise near the coach. After all, if it is not an independent konultant and employee, then it probably is the head, which also need to communicate, solve problems, new ideas. And here I heard a very strange thing for yourself:. ... The reason? . And this, in turn, did not quite please him, and apparently implicitly provoke negative attitude to the man who ' threw ' it for this recognition - that is, the ratio of coach.



I must say that I was very surprised by this idea. but be careful:) It's wise to understand those issues and problems (usually personal), which should be avoided and gently divert the conversation away from them. So head coaching practice is quite acceptable, though requiring high skill and best practice novice coach in the other:).
